Our accounting system provides detailed monthly expenditures and year-to-date totals for easier income tax preparation. These statements are balanced to the bank statement to ensure accuracy.
Rentals
We work hard to ensure fast turn around time on vacancies. Our marketing specialist provides concise and detailed copy for advertisements. Properties are advertised on Internet sites, various media outlets and in local publications and venues throughout the Ottawa-Gatineau region. We find pre-screened and qualified tenants.
Maintenance
All work is performed by fully insured professional contractors that we deal with directly. We aim to provide the most cost-efficient method to save you money.
