PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PACKAGES
Redmaple Rentals offers a number of packages to suit your rental property management needs. Whether you own a house, apartment, condo or vacation property, we have a package for you.
TENANT PLACEMENT ONLY
* Print and online advertising of the vacant property, credit checks, previous rental history checks, and the applicant's employment status.* On the owner’s behalf we negotiate rental agreements, collect rental fees and if applicable security/damage deposits, issue keys to the tenants. Owner then resumes management of property.
FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
* Tenant placement.
* We perform regular exterior and interior inspections of the property.
* Upon change of tenants property is cleaned and any repairs or maintenance performed.
* Tenants will be served with notices as provided in the landlord tenant act for any violation of their rental agreement including late rent.
* Arrange, manage, and pay for all needed repairs and maintenance on the owner’s behalf.
* The owner receives a monthly record of receipts, disbursements and an income/expense report. Included are copies of all work orders and paid invoices associated with your property along with your monthly cheque.
* At the owners request we can deposit collected rents and email the statement.
PROPERTY SAFEGUARD
We offer this package for owners who are away for extended periods of time and as an alternative to renters or house sitters. Property Safeguard ensures your property is well taken care of in your absence.
*We make weekly inspections of the house exterior, ensuring all doors and windows are secure. Additional inspections are made immediately following severe weather and storms.
* We check plumbing heating and ventilation systems to make sure they are working properly.
* We schedule lawn maintenance and snow removal. Other services such as mail collection may be provided on request.
